The economy double room with 3 beds was great, with central heating, an iron, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Great and particularly good location right next to Santa Croce plaza, good for visiting Florence...

It was as expected, had a wonderful stay during our visit. All good — we loved this great family run hotel — the food was local and the staff were very helpful and caring. Everything was perfect, including a generous breakfast choice. That venue was in an excellent location, in the old town centre.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time in this charming, small and cozy place with friendly staff and comfortable rooms for 3 people.

The staff was brilliantly friendly and excellent and delivered good service. Location: the hotel was right by the top tourist attractions. Popped in Il Vivandiere for shots before sleep, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue👌👌

The staff spoke excellent english and were extremely helpful and the location was excellent. The price was great too i would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in florence on a budget.

The room for three was clean, and the restaurant on-site offered delicious and affordable meals.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the old part of Florence, you can walk to the Uffizzi or Ponte Vecchio. Also, secure parking is available at a large nearby underground garage.

The people at the Hotel Santa Croce were kind and considerate. The room was a good value for the money. It was located in the heart of the Historic district in Florence and was close to everything. The airconditiong worked well and the room was clean.

The breakfast could of been better, but considering the cost of the room, it was adequate.

The hotel was spacious and perfect for accommodating 3 beds. They provided a hair dryer, toiletries, and bath sheets. - the location was fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions, Florence's historical center, and the consulate.

Potential customers should know that there is no elevator. Therefore, old or frail people, families with children and/or heavy luggage should ask esplicitly for a room on the first/second floor.

The best I liked form this Hotel is that they are very professional and I felt at home especially with the breakfast ,by the way the cappucino was one of the best I ever had!.For my next time in Firenze I would like to stay at Hotel Santa Croce.

This charming small place with patient staff at the reception desk has a marvelous and magnificent location close to bars and trattorias, exceeding high expectations with no complaints at all.

This place is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a charming square and offers tidy rooms and a delicious breakfast.

The restaurant is fantastic with a 10% discount on meals, we enjoyed special dishes, plus the bathroom and beds were top-notch, making for a wonderful stay overall.
